New Mexico United have launched their away kit for the 2024 USL Championship season, named the "Sandia Kit."
This kit celebrates the heritage of the Sandia Pueblo People, with a multi-coloured sash symbolising the journey from the Rio Grande, through the Bosque and Rangelands, up to the Sandia Mountains.
In collaboration with Sandia Resort & Casino and the Sandia Pueblo, this kit is a tribute to the Pueblo's legacy. Featuring the team's distinctive yellow, used in away jerseys since 2020, the kit incorporates a narrative of colours.
The sash transitions from green, symbolising the Bosque's vitality thanks to the Rio Grande, to turquoise, reflecting the river's cool waters and the Pueblo's affinity for the colour, and concludes with granite grey at the shoulder, representing the Sandia Mountains' peaks.
