Newcastle United 24/25 Adidas Home Kit

Newcastle United 24/25 Adidas Home Kit

The 2024-25-season Newcastle United Home shirt has been revealed.

The fanfare-accompanied return of Adidas will see the English Premier League side wear a new primary design that draws inspiration from the classic 2002/03 Adidas home kit, featuring relatively simple black-and-white striping incorporated into the German supplier’s latest constructional template.

The new 2024/25 Home Kit features the 1976-1983 club crest on the back of the neck, paying a subtle tribute to the club's history. The crest is displayed in full color, while the branding of the kit supplier and the main sponsor maintain a monochrome theme. The kit is completed with black shorts and the choice of black or white socks.

Plain back is very poor but it’s a decent shirt otherwise. It needs black numbers though and not the red ones that have been used in the last few seasons.

On pitch, this will look really nice. It’s simple and classy. On the everyday wearer, the back lets it down. It will a bit feel incomplete without a name and number. All in all, quite happy with it though.

Same template that Sunderland had from Adidas over 5 years ago. Very poor compared with this season’s bespoke Hummel Sunderland home kit …..
