Oakland Roots Sports Club have unveiled their Away kit for the 2024 USL Championship, designed by Charly.
This Secondary Kit for 2024 pays tribute to the centenary of Oakland's iconic Tribune Tower. It features a colour scheme inspired by the tower's architecture, with an off-white base accented by soft teal and warm copper, mirroring the tower's patina and brick facade.
The jersey's design incorporates a detailed pattern of angular, geometric shapes in shades of gray, reflecting the tower's multifaceted structure and the dynamic effects of light and shadow on its exterior. This intricate pattern not only highlights the Tribune Tower's imposing height but also represents the Oakland Roots club's aspirations and growth. Each geometric shape in the design symbolises the club's progress, akin to the layers of history within the tower and the club's evolving story.
