Philadelphia Union have revealed its 2024 "XV" primary kit, celebrating its 15th season with a nod to its heritage through the reintroduction of the iconic central stripe.
This new kit serves as a homage to the club's debut kit, which was distinguished by a prominent gold stripe, bridging traditional and contemporary design elements.
In crafting the 2024 "XV" kit, the Union Creative Collective (UCC), in collaboration with Adidas, has reimagined the central stripe by incorporating the Union’s distinctive signal blue. This refreshed design symbolises the evolution of both the team and the league over the past 15 years. The central motif, inspired by the Union's usual playing formation, features dynamic, jagged patterns that could represent a snake, river, or lightning bolt – all key elements of the Union's identity and narrative.
