Philadelphia Union have unveiled their 26/27 Home football kit by adidas, officially titled the 1776 Kit, to be worn during the upcoming 2026 and 2027 Major League Soccer seasons.
The new Philadelphia Union jersey is presented in a Night Navy base with gold detailing. The front panel features an all over tonal graphic incorporating historic Philadelphia references, including imagery linked to the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, the Liberty Bell and Benjamin Franklin. Typography elements and architectural motifs are layered throughout the design, creating a continuous print across the body and sleeves.
Gold adidas three stripes run along the shoulders, with the adidas logo applied to the right chest in matching gold. The Philadelphia Union badge sits opposite in a circular execution. The Bimbo shirt sponsor is displayed centrally in gold across the chest. Independence Blue Cross branding appears on the sleeve in line with MLS competition regulations.
At the nape, the "Join or Die" snake graphic is positioned beneath the collar, while a 1776 jock tag is applied near the hem. The reverse of the jersey remains predominantly navy with integrated ventilation zones visible within the fabric construction. The new Philadelphia Union football shirt is completed with navy shorts featuring gold adidas striping and the club crest, and matching socks.
