Portsmouth Football Club have unveiled the Portsmouth 26/27 Home kit by Nike for the 2026–27 EFL Championship season.
Portsmouth Kit Design & Inspiration
The new Portsmouth jersey commemorates the 100th anniversary of the City of Portsmouth, which was granted city status on 21 April 1926, and retains the club’s traditional blue base with gold detailing used throughout the design.
The Portsmouth crest is presented in gold and blue on the left chest, with a gold Nike Swoosh positioned opposite. The University of Portsmouth shirt sponsor also appears in gold across the front.
A dark blue Total 90-inspired neckline is joined by matching sleeve cuffs, with white panels running down both sides of the jersey. MG Richmond branding is applied to the sleeve in gold.
Further centenary detailing appears beneath the rear collar, where a Portsmouth100 1926-2026 emblem recognises the city’s anniversary. Neutonic branding is positioned across the upper back in gold, and the club will also use gold EFL player names and numbers during the season.
Technical Features
The shirt is constructed using Nike Dri-FIT technology, designed to move moisture away from the skin and support comfort during play. Club captain Marlon Pack also contributed feedback during the kit development process at Nike.
