This is the new Club de Fútbol Monterrey Home shirt by Puma.

With a blue lighter than is often seen, the 2023-24 primary release for the side known as “Rayados” sees its striping present and correct and broken up for white to also provide backing and space to logos.

The darker/navy blue is present on the collar, cuffs and trim, and the kit for the Mexican Liga MX club will be completed with complementing shorts and socks.

Too much polyester and advertisements. It's a shame because the colar is in vogue, as they say in France. I would offer to re-craft this for them; however, the Mexican league could not possibly afford me and I would lose out making only small shirts (less fabric).
