The German Bundesliga’s RasenBallsport Leipzig - RB Leipzig - today debuted a special edition shirt in their defeat to Union Berlin.
The fiery decoration on the white 2023 Nike design celebrates the club’s adoption of the "Leipzig on fire" chant (based on GALA’s Freed From Desire), particularly since their DFB-Pokal victory last year.
The Red Bull branding, with colouring similar to the flame effect - which also appears formed into the RB’s signature chevrons - is present and correct, while white shorts and socks complete the kit and €30 from each shirt sale will go towards relief for those affected by the earthquake in Turkey and Syria.
