AS Saint-Étienne have presented two special edition shirts for October as part of the club’s ongoing support for breast cancer awareness.
The initiative highlights the annual Pink October campaign, which has been raising awareness of breast cancer prevention and screening since 1985. In 2023 alone, over 61,000 cases were detected in France, with many potentially preventable through regular early detection.
For the 2025/26 season, hummel have created limited-edition designs in both green and pink, each carrying the distinctive pink ribbon symbol of the campaign. The green edition introduces pink detailing on the collar, crest, ribbon and sponsor branding, while the alternate version in pink reverses the theme with contrasting green trim. Both shirts feature the geometric patterned fabric used throughout Saint-Étienne’s current kit range.
Proceeds from sales will be donated to the Ligue contre le cancer, supporting research and assistance for those affected, with the shirts available in limited quantities. During October, the women’s team will wear the shirt throughout their fixtures, with the men’s side also set to wear it in their home match against Pau on 28 October.
