San Jose Earthquakes have released their 2025 Rewind Kit, part of the adidas Archive Collection.
The initiative revisits the early years of Major League Soccer (MLS) with updated versions of memorable designs from 1996, marking a nostalgic return to the league’s formative aesthetics.
This San Jose kit pays tribute to the club’s original identity as the San Jose Clash. The shirt features a white base overlaid with vivid lightning bolt graphics in red, teal, yellow and black, drawing directly from the inaugural Clash look.
A throwback Clash crest sits on the left chest, with a stylised "Clash San Jose" wordmark central on the torso, while the collar and sleeve cuffs are finished in green with matching trim details. A licensed product label and the retro-style inner neck graphic complete the retro revival.
The shirt features sponsor branding from El Camino Health on the back and Abbas Law on the sleeve, and is paired with plain white shorts and socks to complete the kit.
