Fußballclub (FC) Gelsenkirchen-Schalke 04 have unveiled this new special-edition football shirt for 2024-25.
The German 2. Bundesliga side’s latest adidas-cum-11teamsports release has a stylised halves effect in sky blue and royal blue and trim is in both white - which also provides the crest detailing and partner logos - and pink, the latter to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the cancer charity not-for-profit Deutsche Krebshilfe (German Cancer Aid).
As they first did in the 1978-79 season, Schalke have the Deutsche Krebshilfe branding on the front of the shirt - thanks to “SUN MINIMEAL” making way - a portion of the proceeds of the sales of which will go towards the campaign, the kit against SpVgg Greuther Fürth this weekend will be completed with royal blue shorts and pink socks, and there is a goalkeeper version in pink with panels in the two tones of blue.
