Sport Recife and Umbro have introduced the club’s new Third shirt for the 2025 season, a design that draws inspiration from the flag and history of Recife.
The Umbro shirt features two tones of blue in a half-and-half arrangement on the front panel, with a golden outline of the lion replacing the usual crest, while additional detailing includes the Umbro double diamond on the chest and patterned sleeve trims in gold.
At the lower hem sits a commemorative patch displaying Recife’s coat of arms with the year 1537, marking the city’s foundation. On the back, beneath the neckline, are the flags of Sport Recife and Recife alongside the club’s traditional motto “Virtus et Fides”. The club name “Sport Recife” is inscribed on the sleeve.
Constructed with performance fabrics, the shirt combines jacquard textures on the body, laser-cut ventilation on the side panels, and mesh on the back for breathability.The ribbed collar and cuffs provide additional structure to the jersey, which is paired with matching blue shorts and socks to complete the full set for competition.
