This is the new Stade de Reims Away shirt by Umbro.
Nodding to the French Ligue 1 side’s 1953 Coupe Latine (Latin Cup) victory - of which this coming season marks the 70 anniversary - the largely white 2022-23 release is embellished with gold-coloured panels on the shoulders.
These gold panels, or perhaps champagne-coloured panels, are patterned with the outline of the aforementioned Coupe Latine trophy outline, while further decoration is in black - which includes all the partner/sponsor branding and the club crest.

The upper back of the shirt features a Tricolore detail - Reims are the only French side to win the Coupe Latine - and the kit will be completed with white shorts and socks to form a nominally one-coloured outfit.
