Club Universitario de Deportes, the Lima-based current champions of Peru’s Primera División, have unveiled this new Marathon centenary shirt.
The 100th-anniversary “Centenario” release for 2024 sees the side celebrating their history since their 7th August 1924 beginnings and this comes in the form of, on the cream design with white neck/collar, subtle images representing each of the 27 national-title triumphs.
The famous “La U” crest is in burgundy, there is golden “100” detailing throughout marking the landmark birthday, and the shirt, when called upon, will be combined with complementing shorts and socks.
