Current Peruvian Liga 1 champions Club Universitario de Deportes have unveiled their 2024 “Camiseta del Hincha” - “fans’ shirt”.
The latest of the new Marathon Centenary releases for this 100th-birthday year - the fourth - references the 1924 beginnings and the tonal red base features soundwaves and part lyrics of the “La Polka” song associated with the Lima-based side.
Major detailing - including on the simple “[La] U” crest - is in cream, trim is in black, the kit will be completed with complementing shorts and socks and there is a louder goalkeeper shirt also being released which references the famous “CREMA” team of the 1990s
