Football Club de Versailles 78 and Kappa have unveiled the Versailles 26/27 Home kit for the 2026-27 season.
FC Versailles Kit Design & Inspiration
Drawing inspiration from the decorative ironwork of the gates at the Palace of Versailles, the new Versailles jersey is presented in a dark navy blue colourway and features a tonal all-over pattern across the front, sleeves and back. The graphic is based on ornamental details found within the palace gates, using curved forms and heart-shaped elements that reference the scrollwork of the gilded ironwork and the club’s connection with the city.
Gold detailing is used throughout the shirt, including the Kappa logos positioned on the chest and shoulders. The Versailles crest appears on the opposite side of the chest in a navy and gold treatment, incorporating the sun emblem and fleur-de-lis symbols.
A navy polo collar is finished with a narrow gold stripe running around the edge, with the same colour combination continuing onto the sleeve cuffs. The front of the shirt carries a gold “Football Club de Versailles” wordmark across the centre, using script and serif typography.
Further detailing appears on the upper back, where a gold fleur-de-lis is positioned beneath the collar. The tonal pattern continues across the rear of the jersey, with the shoulder and upper-back sections formed from contrasting fabric panels.

Kappa’s KOMBAT branding is positioned close to the lower hem, completing the technical detailing of the new Versailles football shirt, which will be worn with coordinating navy shorts and socks.
