For the 2026-27 season, Football Club de Versailles 78 and Kappa have revealed the club’s new Third kit.
FC Versailles Kit Design & Inspiration
Taking its inspiration from the paintings and decorative art found throughout the Palace of Versailles, the new Versailles jersey uses a deep burgundy base, referencing colours historically associated with royal dress and power. Across the jersey is a tonal graphic derived from pictorial artwork, with figures and painted scenes appearing through darker sections of burgundy across the front, sleeves and back.
Gold detailing contrasts with the base colour, including the Kappa logo on the right chest and additional Omini logos positioned on the shoulders. On the opposite side, the club is represented by its sun symbol rather than the complete Versailles crest.
A white round collar features a narrow gold stripe through the centre, with the same treatment used on the white cuffs of the long sleeves. Across the front, “Football Club de Versailles” appears in gold script and serif lettering.
The artwork continues across the lower body and sleeves, with different elements of the fresco visible depending on their position on the shirt. The upper back is more restrained, with a gold fleur-de-lis placed centrally beneath the collar.

Kappa KOMBAT branding appears near the lower hem of the new Versailles football shirt, which will be paired with coordinating deep burgundy shorts and socks, completing the club’s 2026/27 Third kit and new-season collection.
