Adidas and the Football Association of Wales have presented the new Cymru home kit for the 2026 World Cup cycle.
The adidas shirt keeps its traditional red base, featuring a central horizontal stripe in green, white, and red, mirroring the colours of the Welsh flag. Within the green central stripe, the word “Cymru” is subtly integrated, while the FAW crest sits on the chest beneath the adidas logo, and the neckline and sleeve cuffs feature green and white trim. On the back of the collar, the national motto “Gorau Chwarae Cyd Chwarae” — translated as “Best Play is Team Play” — reinforces the spirit of teamwork.
Built with Adidas’ latest Climacool+ technology, the shirt is designed for comfort and high performance, featuring lightweight, ventilated fabric to manage heat and moisture effectively. The lenticular heat-transfer crest and Adidas logo add a premium finish through advanced application techniques.
The kit is completed with matching red shorts and socks and will be worn by all Welsh national teams as they continue their journey toward the 2026 World Cup.
