SV Werder Bremen have revealed their 2025/26 Home kit in partnership with hummel.
The design pays tribute to Bremen’s tram lines, which connect the city and its supporters on match days.
The shirt uses the club’s classic green base with white pinstripes on the front and back, symbolising the tram routes across Bremen. A white V-shaped collar and matching sleeve cuffs are included, while hummel’s chevrons run down the sides.
The club crest sits on the chest alongside the hummel logo, with a single gold star above the crest. At the top back of the shirt, “LEBENSLANG GRÜN WEISS” is featured, reflecting Werder’s motto of lifelong green and white.
The shirt will be paired with matching green shorts and socks to complete the Home kit for the upcoming Bundesliga season.
