Birmingham City have released a remastered edition of their 1983 to 1985 away shirt as part of the Blues’ ongoing celebration of historic kits from their past.
Originally launched in the 1980s and now revived by Patrick for 2025, the jersey forms part of the club’s official retro collection.
The shirt is white with blue detailing and includes a fold-over collar, blue shoulder piping, and sleeve cuffs with dual blue hoops. Vertical curved pinstripes run down the front in blue, maintaining the layout of the original. The shirt features the club’s crest from that period and the iconic Ansells sponsor wordmark in bold script, with manufacturer branding from Patrick appearing on both sleeves.
Made from 100 percent polyester, the jersey is produced for casual wear and includes a woven label at the hem that reads 'Archive Style – Launched in the 80s, Remastered in 2024.'
