This is the new Deportivo Cali 1986 retro shirt by Le Coq Sportif.
The 2021-release throwback design is in green with white embellishment in the form of crest detailing, the Le Coq Sportif logo, collar and cuffs and the “Bretaña” sponsorship logo.
While the release is somewhat toned down from the original - the overlapping-V neck isn’t as deep and the LCS script is lower profile - the shirt certainly brings to mind legend Carlos Valderrama’s first spell with the Colombian side.
The French manufacturer is Los Verdiblancos’ current supplier for matchwear but this shirt itself won’t be seen in match action.
