English Championship side Plymouth Argyle Football Club have made one of their most iconic shirts available as a retro rerelease.
The new throwback version of the 1995-96 article has an extremely ’90s Admiral design, featuring a white sash bisecting a green trunk and trimmed with black that is seen again in two perpendicular flashes, with a neatly trimmed black collar and full-colour embroidered chest logos.
The shirt was worn in the Pilgrims’ solitary trip to the old Wembley, for the glorious 1996 Football League Third Division play-off final win that restored their third-tier status.
