Port Vale FC have released the 1991/92 Home and Away retro shirts as part of the club’s 150th anniversary celebrations, produced in partnership with COPA.
The two Port Vale football shirts were selected by supporters following an online vote, with the shortlist curated by the club’s Supporter Advisory Board. The 1991/92 home and away designs emerged as the most popular choices, reflecting their lasting association with a significant period in Port Vale’s history, when the club secured promotion from Division Two.
The home jersey features a white base with a distinctive marbled pattern, combined with a black fold over collar and gold trim details. The Port Vale crest is positioned on the left chest, with period correct Valiant Leisure branding applied opposite. The away jersey is presented in blue with an all over abstract graphic pattern, paired with a white collar and gold accents. As with the home version, the historic crest and Valiant Leisure branding are recreated to reflect the original 1991/92 layout.
Both retro shirts are manufactured by COPA and produced using modern materials, while closely following the original designs worn during the 1991/92 season, featuring the original Kalamazoo sponsor branding across the front.
