The Portsmouth FC 1989-91 home shirt has been reissued by Scoreline, recreating a design worn during the late 1980s and early 1990s period.
The shirt is constructed in a royal blue base, incorporating a tonal jacquard check pattern across the full body. This woven effect delivers a textured finish consistent with the original production style of the era.
The fabric retains a lightweight feel while maintaining the visual structure associated with late 20th-century football shirts. A white fold-over collar defines the neckline, detailed with a red pinstripe running along the edge. The collar is secured with popper fastenings at the front, matching the construction seen on the original Portsmouth 1989-91 home kit. The inner collar lining and stitching are kept minimal.
Branding is positioned in line with the original layout. The Scoreline logo appears on the right chest, while the Portsmouth Football Club crest is applied on the left chest in a raised yellow finish. The “Goodmans” shirt sponsor is featured centrally in white, maintaining its original scale and placement.
The officially licensed Portsmouth retro jersey is available in both short-sleeve and long-sleeve formats.
