Portsmouth FC have released one of their most recognisable shirts in a new blackout style, as part of the 1991/93 Blackout collection.
The limited edition release brings back the Home shirt first worn between 1991 and 1993, a design remembered for the club’s 1991/92 FA Cup run that ended in a semi-final replay against Liverpool. Produced under official licence by Influence, the blackout edition keeps the same detailing as the original, with the Goodman sponsor and club crest presented in tonal black.
The collection extends beyond the shirt to include additional blackout pieces. A lightweight overhead cagoule features the same graphic pattern across the chest with “Pompey” stitched on the front pouch. A zip-up track jacket carries the design across the shoulders and chest, paired with a plain black lower half.
Completing the capsule are t-shirts, hoodies, polos and caps, all carrying a tonal version of the Portsmouth crest used during the early 1990s.
