Sunderland AFC have released a new retro capsule collection in partnership with Fanatics and Hummel, bringing back one of the club’s most popular shirts, the 1991–94 Home design closely linked to the early Premier League era.
The jersey displays Sunderland’s classic red and white vertical stripes with a fold-over collar finished with Hummel’s signature chevron trim. The club crest sits opposite the Hummel logo, while long-time sponsor VAUX appears across the chest.
Additional details include black chevrons on the sleeves and an embroidered Football League badge, reflecting the original version worn by players during the period. The shirt is part of the club’s latest additions to the Hummel Retro range, which also includes a remake of the 1989–90 track jacket.
