Cambridge United announce Burrda Kit Deal

cambridge united burrda kit deal

Cambridge United is delighted to announce a new kit sponsorship agreement with Burrda Sport. The club has agreed a deal with Burrda, who will provide the U's with kit and training wear for the next three years.

Burrda has designed the club's centenary kit, which the first-team will wear during the 2012/13 season. The new home and away kits will be revealed at Tuesday's match between a United home-grown team and West Ham United under-23s.

Dave McKensie, Head of Teamwear Development at Burrda Sport, said: "Burrda Sport is delighted to be associated with Cambridge United FC, especially in its centenary year, and look forward to developing many beneficial on field and off-field activities within the duration of the three-year-contract."

Burrda Sport is one of the fastest growing international sportswear brands, with professional endorsees in many countries throughout the world. The Swiss firm provides kit for many high-profile teams, including Wolverhampton Wanderers, Leicester City, Watford and the national team of Belgium.

As part of the agreement, Burrda will be updating the U's club shop, and working closely with the club's Youth and Community Trust to supply the players with their training kits, which will be available to purchase direct from the club shop or via mail order.
