Celtic Chief Executive Peter Lawwell said: “We are absolutely delighted to announce this new deal with NIKE. To once again secure a partnership of this kind with the world's leading sports brand is tremendous news for Celtic Football Club.

“It is a deal which extends our global profile and reach and one which will bring great benefit to the Club. Clearly, it is most satisfying that the Club is making such progress and striving forward in this manner.

“At all times, Celtic strives for excellence on and off the field. It is fitting that, as Champions of Scotland and a regular UEFA Champions League participant, we are to continue our partnership with NIKE, one of the most prestigious brands in sport.

“Clearly, it is also pleasing that NIKE once again sees Celtic as one of the leading names in world football and is happy to continue our association.

“The Club has developed an excellent relationship with NIKE already after four successful years of commercial partnership and we now look forward with confidence to making it a decade of continued success for both organisations.

"Celtic Football Club has the best supporters in the world and a global reach of which we are extremely proud.

“Through our association with NIKE, the Club has already made a great impact on satisfying the demand from its huge global support. This extended relationship will allow us to further achieve our aspirations both at home and abroad.

Bert Hoyt, VP and GM of Nike Global Football added: “We are delighted to be signing a new contract with Celtic and extending our partnership with the Club for five year more years.

“Nike Football is about innovating for the greatest clubs in the world and Celtic is definitely one of those teams. We look forward to continuing to build on the excellent relationship NIKE has with the Club and its fans between now and 2015.”

Yay! 5 more years of generic designs that, while not particularly bad, lack some inspiration! woo!
