The Italian sportswear manufacturer Kappa announced a 5 year Kit deal with Napoli starting from 2015-16 season.
The financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed, but reports suggest it could be worth around €40 million. Kappa was previously a technical sponsor of Napoli for the 2004/5 and 2005/6 seasons and will replace fellow Italian sportswear brand Macron, which has supplied the club’s kit since 2009.
A statement on the Kappa website reads: ‘Following period-end, a new sponsorship was signed in Italy for the upcoming season with SSC Napoli. In addition to the usual sponsorship and merchandising development, collaborations focusing on the development of the Napoli brand are established.’
