Sheffield United have signed a lucrative seven figure, four year deal with Italian sportswear manufacturer and designer Macron.
And the new 09/10 kit and leisurewear supplier today revealed a prototype of next season's home shirt plus images of a special edition third shirt, which marks the anniversary of the 120th anniversary of the birth of the club and is free to renewing season ticket holders.

New Italian loan signing Arturo Lupoli was on hand to model the prototype home shirt which United say is work in progress.
Macron, who become the club's technical partners, offer expertise to a range of sports and football clubs on a worldwide basis.
In Italy they are the official supplier to top flight teams Bologna and Cagliari, whilst in Portugal Boavista and Sporting Braga wear the brand. In the UK, Macron has a kit deal with League One Leeds United.
United's Chief Executive Jason Rockett said: "We are delighted to be working with Macron, a forward thinking company which places great importance on design and quality. They are well established in mainland Europe and clearly intend to be a force in the UK.
"Financially this is an excellent deal for United and is the successful outcome of long-term negotiations. The partnership with Macron is in line with our continued strategy of driving our off-the-field revenue streams."

United have been working closely with Macron on the designs for next season's home and away kits. Macron helped the club develop itsunique special edition third kit to mark the 120th anniversary of the birth of the Blades which will see the names of every player to represent United woven into the fabric.
