AC Milan have unveiled their 2025–26 home shirt, manufactured by Puma.

The design continues the club’s traditional red and black vertical stripes, now incorporating a subtle flame graphic across the front as a tribute to the club’s historic identity. This visual element recalls founder Herbert Kilpin’s vision of the team as “a team of devils,” with colours that would represent fire and fear.

The shirt includes a red club crest, white Puma logo, and the Emirates Fly Better sponsor on the chest. The back and sleeves are mostly black, with red inserts running down the sides. A red “MILAN” wordmark is placed on the upper back just beneath the collar and is repeated subtly in the lower back stripes.

The kit is completed with black shorts and black socks.
