The kit's distinctive sash bears the inscription "Crystal Palace Football Club Founded 1861," recognising the club's significant contribution to the development of modern football. As the oldest league club still playing professional football, Crystal Palace holds a pivotal place in the sport's evolution.

Completing the ensemble, the shirt is accompanied by white shorts and white socks adorned with a blue band.
