Seattle Sounders FC have launched "The Anniversary Kit" to mark the start of their 50th anniversary season, introducing a new primary kit and kicking off their official 50th anniversary campaign.

This kit represents a fusion of tradition and modernity, paying tribute to the club's origins and its lasting impact while looking forward to a promising future. Its design draws on a contemporary take of the vintage Sounders aesthetic, celebrating half a century of the club's journey with a design that remains unique and contemporary.

The kit is distinguished by its base colour of the newly introduced Rave Green, complemented by Heritage Aqua striping, a nod to the club's original colours from 1974. This update in the club's colour scheme was part of Sounders FC's brand evolution last autumn, transitioning from classic Rave Green and Pacific Blue to include Heritage Aqua, reflecting the club's original hues.

The jersey's stripe design pays homage to the classic NASL pinstriped jerseys from the 1983 season, with the addition of thick white trim around the neck and sleeves enhancing the vintage-inspired aesthetic.
