Sport Club do Recife and Umbro have unveiled their new Third jersey for the 2023/24 season, a tribute to the literary and cultural icon Ariano Suassuna.

Drawing inspiration from Suassuna's distinctive attire, the Third jersey features a striking combination of black and red. A vertical red stripe runs down the centre, adorned with pictograms representing some of the author's most renowned works.

The jersey boasts additional details, including a retro-style red collar, unique fonts for numbers and names, and red sleeve cuffs. The design is completed with a special label, resembling a book cover, showcasing Suassuna's image and the phrase "Felicidade é torcer pelo Sport" (Happiness is cheering for Sport), accompanied by his signature and birth year, symbolising eternal admiration.
