The Everton home shirt worn between 1986 and 1989 was produced by Umbro and sponsored by NEC. It was part of the club’s kit collection during a successful era that included the 1986–87 First Division title under Howard Kendall.
The shirt features a blue base with a subtle diamond jacquard pattern across the front, complemented by white piping along the shoulders and a blue V-neck collar. The Umbro logo and NEC sponsor are printed in white, while the club crest with “EFC” lettering is embroidered on the chest.
This design was seen in matches at Goodison Park as Everton competed domestically and in Europe, cementing its place as a memorable piece of 1980s football heritage for collectors.
