This iconic Mediolanum sponsored AC Milan home shirt was worn during the 1989/90 campaign, a season that saw the team retain the European Cup with a 1–0 victory over Benfica in Vienna. Under Arrigo Sacchi, Milan also finished second in Serie A behind Napoli.
The shirt, produced by Kappa, features the club’s traditional red and black stripes with the white Mediolanum sponsor across the chest.
The crest includes a European Cup emblem and a single star above, representing the club’s domestic success.
