Argentina 1978-80 Le Coq Sportif Home Football Shirt

This is a 1978-80 Vintage Argentina Football Shirt. Mens Small - Medium, 20 inch pit to pit. Has a little stretch in the material too, would of been worn tight. Label is a bit frayed so see measurement.

The Embroidery crest is Perfect. The Le Coq Sportif logo is very good with No cracking or peeling. The shirt has No Pulls or bobbles. On the lower back the shirt has been caught leaving a minor white mark and a small hole size of a small pea (not a cigarette burn). It is actually very close to a hem so may be able to have it repaired.

Hi Erry! I didn't take inspiration from the centenary shirt but from all the shirts of the last 20 years. If you remember in the 90's there were similar bands even if the blue color was different and very bright.I prefer this blue but I like very much also the third kit blue but in this way is very realistic!! Do you agree?

Nice job… as usual! Your accuracy in design is improving day by day! These shirt are very simple and traditional as they have to be. I like the crest in the middle and the 100 years’ patch (which is not the best they could think!) on the sleeve, symmetrical with Lega Calcio badge.Even if you chose very large stripes (almost halves!), home kit preserves the identity of the club. Halves have been used this year on a single match celebrative shirt, but they’re not usual on Bologna shirts because they remind Genoa and Cagliari.Away and third kit are similar to past years’ ones, but they have that touch of originality which is your trademark! 9/10

I agree with you! :-)I think that we have the same opinion about bands: I just don't take sleeves in account when I talk of 2 or 4 bands! However this kit has very large bands: did you take inspiration from the centenary shirt?PS: thanks for appreciation of my kits!

I think that's a beautiful design, not because is a my idea but because there's a great designer! The six bands are a particular of Bologna shirt (even if not always in this way) ang Genoa and Cagliari have only four bands.Very chic the Municipality bands over the player's name which is a Zoran's idea as the sleeves design.Tradition and modernity go together.Congratulations Zoran!

Thanks Erry,I saw you have nice Bologna kits also. For this design some of the credits belongs to Fabrizio, who request this kit. The bands supposed to be 6 all over the shirt (3red and 3 blue).
