The Derby County home shirt used between 1989 and 1991 was made by Umbro.
This period ended with relegation from the First Division, as the Rams finished well adrift of safety under manager Arthur Cox, despite Dean Saunders scoring 17 league goals.
The shirt is predominantly white with a subtle patterned effect across the body. It features a black fold-over collar trimmed with red and white, along with matching sleeve detail. The minimalist club crest is embroidered on the chest alongside the Umbro logo.
