Up for auction : Rare Aberdeen FC 1992/93 Home Football Shirt Matchworn
The seller added the following : Rare opportunity to own an original 1992/93 Aberdeen FC Home Shirt. The shirt is number 11 and was given to a friend from Mixu Paatelinen after Aberdeen's Scottish Cup 2-0 victory over Dundee United. As you can see it's the homeshirt by manufacturer Umbro. Unlike replica's of the time, all of the logo and badge detailing is embroidered rather than printed. The "ABTRUST" sponsor is still 100% intact with no marking, peeling or discolouration.
The number 11 is stitched onto the back of the shirt complete with umbro logos. Its a size XL (well it would have to be for Mixu) but please check the shirts measurements to be sure. The shirts been stored correctly for almost 15 years and is in virtually mint condition. No bobbling, pulls streches etc. The shirts colours are still vivid with no fading.
The condition of this shirt would make it ideal for framing or wearing either ways it a rare chance to own a slice of Aberdeen FC history. Stand out in Europe with this unique shirt!!!
