Grêmio marked their 100th anniversary in 2003 with a commemorative shirt produced by Kappa. The design revisits the club’s first ever colours, using broad brown and light blue horizontal stripes.
A lace-up collar adds a retro touch, while the original Grêmio crest is displayed on the chest alongside the Kappa logo. On the back, a large graphic highlights “100 anos” with the modern club badge placed above, celebrating a century since the club’s foundation in 1903.
This special edition shirt was released as part of the centenary celebrations to honour Grêmio’s long history in Brazilian football.
