The seller added the following:

This is a genuine player issue shirt from the 1988 FA Cup Final. The shirt is No 12 which was issued to John Scales. However in the final, John wore the long sleeved shirt and here is the short sleeved unused option. It is in excellent condition and fleece lined (Unlike shop replica shirts) and is a size L/M.

All the embroidery is in good condition as is the printing of the numbers on the back of the shirt. A low reserve for such a rare and historic item.

GBOy,iTS YOU. Thats a real shirt, the material used in the shirt means that depending on how the light catches the shoulder it\'ll look either more gold or yellow. Have another look, closer this time and you\'ll see what I mean.As an aside it would be nice to have a shirt that represented a successful time in John Scales career.

I think it\'s not authentic, can somebody explain why in the players picture the shoulders look yellow , and in the current photo the shoulders look golden?Is it me? or is this a joke?
