FC Basel 1893 have unveiled their 2025/26 Macron Carnival Kit, a special edition long sleeve shirt inspired by Basler Fasnacht and created in partnership with Basel street artist BustArt.
The Basel Carnival Kit features an all over red and blue graphic built around graffiti textures, spray paint effects and mural style illustrations. Visual references to Fasnacht appear across the fabric, including drums, piccolos, sticks, football boots, balls and urban tags. The back design incorporates a pattern referencing the traditional Blätzli Bajass costume, reinterpreted through layered red and blue tones. The Basel German phrase BLYYB VERSPIILT is applied to the back neck on match worn versions.
With a slim fit and crew neck construction, the FC Basel football shirt features the club crest and Macron logo embroidered in white on the chest. The jersey is manufactured from Eco Softlock fabric, a 100 percent recycled polyester performance material developed for durability, lightness and comfort.
Released as a limited edition, the FC Basel 2026 Carnival shirt is presented in 100 exclusive collector boxes, each forming part of a larger BustArt artwork and including a dedicated FC Basel x BustArt sticker set.
